PID 6 Events



	PID 6 Community Garage Sale Spring - April 11 & 12, 2008 Fall - October 3 & 4, 2008 PID 6 community garage sales are held twice a year - spring and fall. So if you missed one, don't despair - another is just a few months away. Any resident wanting to participate must obtain a City of Fort Worth garage sale permit 3 days in advance. There is no charge. You can apply online or call 817-392-2222 and give them your address. PID 6 takes care of advertisements - so there is no cost to you. Typically, an ad will appear in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram one week prior to the event, and another on the day of the event. The What's New page on this site will have an advance announcement.

	PID 6 Trash Clean-Up Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
	Come and help your neighbors pick up trash in your community on Saturday May 17 from 9.30am – 11.30am. The starting point will be Arcadia Park off Arcadia Trail by the brick pavilion (where hole # 1 is off the Disc Golf course). Please register or just come on the day. Don’t forget to bring some work gloves and wear your sunscreen.


	PID 6 Fireworks Extravaganza Saturday, July 5, 2008 Rain date to be announced PID 6 sponsors and funds an annual Fireworks Extravaganza to celebrate Independence Day. The fireworks display begins around 9:15 p.m. in Arcadia Trail Park, Ash River Road. Come and celebrate with your neighbors from Park Glen, Parkway at Park Glen, Park Place, Parkway Hill, Parkwood Estates, Summerbrook, Basswood Park, Park Bend and Villages of Parkwood Hill.


	PID 6 Easter Egg Scramble The 4rd Annual PID 6 Easter Egg Scramble was held on March 24, 2007. You can view pictures taken at the event. You can read more about past events and see pictures in the April/May 2006 Newsletter and the April/May 2005 Newsletter. The event is held in Arcadia Park North.
