Property Modifications (ACC Requests)

Property modification requests should be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) run by your Home Owner Association (HOA). Some examples of property modifications include, but are not limited to, replacement of any exterior parts of your house (doors, windows, roof, etc.), building a shed in your back yard, landscaping changes, and fence repairs. Please read the Declaration of Covenants that you received when you closed on your house as this document will explain your responsibilities when you are changing the exterior of your house or making a change to your lot.

The only exception is a fence maintained by PID 6. These fences are the gray ones that you may see around your neighborhood. The color and construction of these fences are controlled by the City of Fort Worth.
